BEREAVEMENT CLEARANCE
Respectful Bereavement House Clearance
Clearing a loved one’s home can involve difficult decisions. We can help with the practical work, with care for the belongings and wishes that matter to your family.
Start with a conversation about the property, the help you need and a timescale that feels manageable.

Your decisions come first
Before a clearance, identify anything you would like to keep. Discuss the remaining items with us so the agreed work is clear.
Keep
Set aside photographs, documents, jewellery and belongings with sentimental value. Clearly label anything that must stay in the property.
Discuss donation or reuse
Tell us which items you would like considered for donation or reuse. We can discuss what is possible before you decide; not every item will be suitable.
Agree what to clear
Identify the items you want removed and ask how they will be handled. Confirm any exclusions or special arrangements before work begins.
A clear plan, one step at a time
01 · Tell us what you need
Share the property postcode, the rooms or outbuildings involved and any dates you need to work around. Photos can help if you feel comfortable sending them.
02 · Agree the work and quote
Discuss a full or partial clearance, access, items to leave and any specific instructions. Confirm the price, included work and appointment before booking.
03 · Prepare for the visit
Agree who will provide access and be the main contact. Point out the belongings to keep and confirm the areas included in the clearance.

A few practical questions
Do we need to clear the whole property?
Tell us whether you need help with a few items, selected rooms or the whole property. Include garages, sheds or lofts in your enquiry so access and the work involved can be discussed.
What if we are not ready to decide about everything?
You can ask about clearing only the items you have already decided on. Clearly identify belongings that should remain and discuss a suitable timescale before booking.
Can we arrange this from a distance?
Let us know if you live elsewhere. We can discuss access, a nominated contact and how instructions will be agreed before confirming the arrangements.
What information should we send first?
Your name, contact number, property postcode and a brief description are enough to start the conversation. Include a preferred time to call and any important access or timing details.
Talk to us when you are ready
Use our contact page to request a discreet call. Include a suitable time and let us know whether you would prefer us not to leave a voicemail.
Leicester and surrounding areas
Send the property postcode so we can confirm coverage and availability. You do not need to have every detail decided before getting in touch.
